Ingredients

  • 2 packs custard powder (vanilla)
  • 1 pack ladyfingers
  • some Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1 glass morello cherries
  • 1 can peach (s)
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 liter milk
  • sugar

Instructions

  1. First cook the vanilla pudding with the milk and sugar according to the instructions on the packet and let cool down a little.
  2. Meanwhile, line a glass bowl with ladyfingers and soak them with Baileys (you can leave it out and take the cherry juice from the glass instead). Dice the peaches and distribute half of them on the biscuits. Drain the cherries and distribute half of them over the biscuits and peaches. Now pour half of the still liquid pudding over it.
  3. Now comes a second layer consisting of soaked biscuits, peaches, cherries and pudding.
  4. Finally, whip the cream and spread it over the triffle (the pudding should be very cool for this).
  5. Now put the whole thing in the fridge until ready to serve.
