Ingredients

  • 200 ml whipped cream
  • 150 g natural yourt
  • 100 ml liqueur (liqueur 43)
  • 4 tablespoon sugar or vanilla sugar
  • 0.5 stick ½ vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 4 ladyfingers
  • some chocolate flakes or chocolate sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Whip the cream until stiff and set aside.
  2. Mix the yoghurt, the sugar, the pulp of the vanilla pod, the lemon zest and about half of the liqueur with the hand mixer. Then carefully fold in about 3/4 of the whipped cream.
  3. Fill four dessert glasses with roughly diced sponge cake about your thumbs high and drizzle with liqueur. Spread half of the cream on top. Put another layer of biscuit on top and also drizzle with liqueur. Spread the rest of the cream on the glasses.
  4. Put a whipped cream on each of the glasses and decorate with the chocolate shavings or sprinkles.
  5. Tip: You can also decorate with sprinkles of different colors, a sprig of lemon balm or lemon zest if you like.
