  • 2 kiwi (s)
  • 1 apple, sour, crispy
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (n)
  • 1 orange (s)

Instructions

  1. Peel the mango, kiwi and sharon, remove the core if necessary and cut into pieces or dice. Cut the apple in the same way (does not need to be peeled) and mix everything in a bowl.
  2. Squeeze the lemon and orange and add the juice. Mix everything well again and ideally let it steep in the refrigerator.
  3. It tastes particularly aromatic the next day, but can also be eaten immediately. In my opinion, the crisp, sour apple goes very well with the soft, mouth-watering tropical fruits.
