Ingredients

  • 2 medium onion (s)
  • 2 cans tuna in its own juice
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 500 ml milk
  • 200 ml whipped cream
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • some salt and pepper
  • some curry powder
  • some chili powder

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the onions. Drain the tuna and chop it up. Cut the zucchini into small pieces.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the onion cubes until translucent. Add the tuna and season with the spices. Deglaze with the milk and simmer for about 10 minutes.
  3. Add the zucchini pieces and simmer for another 20 minutes.
  4. Finally add the cream and simmer for another 5 minutes. If necessary, season again.
