French Style Pasta with Tuna and Zucchini Sauce

Ingredients
- 500 g pasta (fusilli)
- Salt water
- 1 large zucchini
- 1 can tuna in its own juice
- 4 small shallot (s)
- 4 clove (s) garlic
- 2 tablespoon tomato paste, possibly more
- 1 cup cream
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 2 teaspoons, heaped cane sugar, brown
- 1 teaspoon, heaped pepper, green from the glass, possibly
- 2 dashes lemon juice
- 1 pinch (s) chili powder
- 1 ½ tablespoon vegetable stock
- salt and pepper
- some flour

- Cut the shallots into small cubes and press the garlic. Heat both with a little olive oil in a non-stick pan. Prepare the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet.
- Cut half of the zucchini into small cubes, but not too small, and add to the pan with the sugar and butter as soon as the shallots and garlic are slightly brown. Puree the remaining half of the zucchini with a blender, add to the pan and let everything simmer.
- Now dust the whole thing with a little flour, add the tomato paste and let the whole thing roast a little, turning over and over, before you add the tuna with juice, but you don`t want it to brown any more.
- Now add all the remaining ingredients except salt and pepper and let it simmer a little. When the sauce is a bit thick, season with salt and pepper and add to the drained pasta, mix everything well and serve.
