Ingredients

  • 2 egg (s)
  • 250 g yourt
  • 25 ml oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoon herbs, chopped, chives, basil, thyme
  • 1 can tuna in oil
  • 150 g cheese (Gouda or Emmentaler)
  • 4 tablespoon capers
  • 250 g flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 bunch chives
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • some salad

Instructions

  1. Mix the eggs, yogurt, oil, salt and chopped herbs together.
  2. Tear up the tuna and add to the egg mixture together with the oil.
  3. Grate the Gouda or Emmentaler cheese and add half of it.
  4. Stir in capers.
  5. Mix the flour with baking powder and baking soda and stir quickly into the egg mixture.
  6. Pour the batter into muffin molds, sprinkle with the remaining cheese and bake for approx. 25 minutes at 180 ° C.
  7. The following chive-yogurt sauce goes well with it:
  8. Mix 1 cup of yogurt with chopped chives, salt, pepper and a little olive oil.
  9. Arrange the muffins on lettuce while still warm and serve with the chive sauce.
