Ingredients

  • 2 cans tuna, in its own juice (optionally in oil)
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)
  • 3 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoon crème fraîche
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped parsley
  • 1 squirt lemon juice
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the tuna and capers, clean the spring onions and cut into thin rings. Mix everything together with mayonnaise and crème fraiche and season with lemon juice, salt and pepper - done!
  2. Delicious with fresh baguette bread or as a filling in peppers.
