- 2 cup rice, e.g. long grain
- 1 can tuna, in its own juice
- 1 cup sour cream
- salt

- Boil rice with 4 cups of water and 1 teaspoon of salt.
- Add the drained tuna and sour cream and stir.
- This recipe is very variable and you can add what needs to be removed - but tastes delicious on its own.
- I tried it with canned corn or 1 tablespoon ketchup.
