  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • Parsley, fresh

Instructions

  1. Mix oil, lemon, salt and pepper, add a dash of mineral water if necessary. Add onion and garlic. Mix in the finely chopped peppers, also the finely diced tomatoes. Season everything well and let it steep a little. Enjoy with a bun.
