Ingredients
- 500 g round turkey
- 1 large egg (s)
- 1 onion (s)
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tablespoon, heaped polenta
- salt and pepper
- cumin
- paprika powder, noble sweet
- oregano
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- Flour

- First chop the onion and then mix it with the minced meat, preferably with your hands. Add the egg, spices and polenta and again mix everything well with your hands.
- Then spread some flour on a surface and form small 2 cm thick balls from the mince. Turn the balls in the flour and press them flat. You don`t necessarily need flour.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the flattened balls in it on both sides. Be careful not to turn them black, so don`t fry too many at once.
- The amount makes about 18 meatballs.
