Instructions

  1. Wash the meat and dab it with kitchen towels, then
  2. Cut into small pieces as needed.
  3. Heat some vegetable fat in a large saucepan or roaster and fry the meat in portions. Set the seared meat aside in a bowl.
  4. In the meantime, cut the onions, peppers and mushrooms into small pieces and then, when the meat is out of the pan, fry the onions, mushrooms and peppers one after the other.
  5. Then add the meat again with the leaked juice. Sift the flour over the entire mixture until the entire surface is lightly covered. Sweat for approx. 2-3 minutes while turning. Add paprika powder, chilli, salt and a little pepper and mix everything well. The flour should no longer be visible and the mass should be a little bit cardboard, if not, add flour again.
  6. Now add the vegetable stock and stir well. Turn the stove to the lowest setting and stir in the cream.
  7. The whole thing should simmer for approx. 30 minutes and finally season with the specified spices to taste. You should then let it simmer for about 10-15 minutes.
  8. Serve with noodles or boiled potatoes and a delicious salad.
