Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 tablespoon mustard, sweeter
  • 4 tablespoon crème fraîche
  • 2 turkey schnitzel
  • 1 piece (s) onion (s), cut into rings
  • some parmesan
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Put the turkey schnitzel in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper. Mix the cream with crème fraîche and mustard until smooth, season with salt and pepper and pour the sauce over the turkey escalope. Fry the onion in a little oil until light yellow and spread on top.
  2. Sprinkle some freshly grated parmesan on top and bake for about 30 minutes at 200 degrees.
  3. Serve with pasta as you like.
