Ingredients

  • 1 can pineapple sliced (850 ml)
  • 30 g spice mix for chicken wins
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 750 g turkey breast cut into cubes
  • 24 slices bacon thin

Instructions

  1. Drain the pineapple. Catch the juice. Mix the spice mixture, 2 tablespoons of water, 6 tablespoons of pineapple juice and 1 tablespoon of oil. Mix the turkey breast with the marinade and let it steep for about 30 minutes.
  2. Cut the pineapple into pieces. Roll up the bacon. Place 2 bacon rolls, pineapple pieces and turkey breast cubes alternately on the skewers. Place all skewers side by side on an oiled baking sheet and brush with the rest of the marinade if necessary.
  3. Fry in a preheated oven at 200 degrees (convection 175 degrees) for about 20-25 minutes. Turn the skewers halfway through the roasting time and finish cooking.
  4. A mixed salad goes well with it.
  5. The skewers are easy to prepare so that they only have to be pushed into the oven.
