- 1 kg carrot (s)
- 3 cups natural yogurt, small
- 6 tablespoon olive oil
- 100 g walnuts
- salt
- 3 cloves garlic, or more

- Finely shred the carrots in the food processor and steam them in the olive oil until they are soft. Let cool down.
- Press the garlic and mix with the yogurt. Finely chop the walnuts and mix everything with the steamed carrots. Salt to taste. Ideal for the buffet or as a grill side dish.
