Ingredients

  • 1 kg carrot (s)
  • 3 cups natural yogurt, small
  • 6 tablespoon olive oil
  • 100 g walnuts
  • salt
  • 3 cloves garlic, or more

Instructions

  1. Finely shred the carrots in the food processor and steam them in the olive oil until they are soft. Let cool down.
  2. Press the garlic and mix with the yogurt. Finely chop the walnuts and mix everything with the steamed carrots. Salt to taste. Ideal for the buffet or as a grill side dish.
