- 100 g butter
- 250 g carrot (s)
- 140 g tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt

- Dice the onion and sauté in butter. Cut the carrots into small pieces, add and continue steaming. Remove from heat and stir in the remaining butter. Puree everything, season to taste and chill.
