Ingredients
- 400 g scampi, peeled
- 6 cloves garlic, very finely chopped
- 1 small shallot (s), finely chopped
- 3 tablespoon butter
- some salt and pepper, from the mill
- 3 tablespoon sherry, drier
- some lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon dill, chopped fresh

- Wash the scampi and pat dry. Melt the butter in a non-stick pan, sauté the garlic and shallot in it. Add the scampi and let it simmer. Season a little with salt, pepper and lemon juice, drizzle with the sherry and add the dill, mix everything again and serve.
