Ingredients
- 500 g potato (s)
- 500 g turnip (s)
- 30 g butter
- 15 grams flour
- 350 ml veal stock
- 150 ml cream
- 200 g Kasseler
- 1 bunch spring onion (s)
- 0.5 ½ bunch marjoram
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice

- Peel and dice the potatoes and turnips.
- Melt the butter, dust it with flour and sauté briefly. Top up with veal stock and whipped cream and stir well. Add the potatoes and turnips and cook covered for 20 minutes over a mild heat. Stir more often.
- Cut the smoked pork into cubes. Clean the spring onions and cut into thin rings. Pluck the leaves from 1/2 bunch of marjoram. Add the smoked pork, spring onions and marjoram to the stew and cook for another 5 minutes. Finally, season with salt, pepper, nutmeg and lemon juice.
