Ingredients
- 80 g apple rins, dried
- 75 ml calvados
- 3 egg (s)
- 125 g cane suar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 tablespoon gingerbread spice
- 250 g walnuts
- 150 g prunes
- 100 g dried apricots
- 100 g fi (s), dried
- 50 g date (s), dried
- 1 packet baking powder
- 150 g spelled flour type 1050 or wholemeal spelled flour
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- Soak the apple rings with the calvados overnight.
- Beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Add the gingerbread spice, walnuts, halved fruits and finally the flour and lemon juice mixed with baking powder to the mixture and use the dough hook to form a dough.
- Put the dough in a loaf pan lined with baking paper. Bake at 160 ° C for approx. 60 to 70 minutes
- After cooling, wrap in aluminum foil and store in a cool place for 4 weeks.
