Ingredients
- 250 g flour
- 160 g almond (s), round
- 180 g semolina (soft wheat), or mixed with durum wheat semolina in a ratio 80:20
- 1 packet baking powder
- 250 g butter
- 275 g suar, if you like, you can take more, up to 300
- 2 packs vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch (s) vanilla powder
- 5 drops flavor (orange)
- 1 pinch (s) orange peel, grated
- 250 ml milk
- 120 ml orange juice
- 4 medium egg (s)
- 100 g chocolate, variety your choice, who likes a little more
- Fat, for the shape
- Flour, for the mold
- Powdered sugar, for sprinkling

- Grease the bundt pan and sprinkle with flour.
- Chop the chocolate into small pieces, roast the almonds a little and let them cool (but this is not absolutely necessary).
- Stir flour with baking powder, almonds, semolina, butter and sugar, vanilla sugar and flavorings until the mixture is crumbly and well mixed. Mix the eggs with the milk and the orange juice well and stir into the crumbs. Finally stir in the chocolate chips. When you have a homogeneous dough, fill it into the mold and smooth it out.
- Bake at 160 ° C fan oven or 180 ° C top and bottom heat for about 60 minutes. Let cool in the mold for about 15 minutes, then turn out and let cool down completely.
- When it has cooled, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
