- 250 g butter
- 200 g suar
- 5 egg (s)
- 300 grams flour
- 200 g banana (s), (weiht without peel)
- 200 g almond (s), round
- 1 packet baking powder

- Mix in the eggs and sugar until frothy, then stir in the kitchen-warm butter. Mash the banana with a fork and stir in the banana pulp alternating with flour / baking powder and ground almonds.
- Put the dough in a greased bundt cake pan and bake in a preheated oven at 175 ° for 50-60 minutes (chopstick test).
