- 150 grams flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 4 egg (s)
- 65 g suar
- 180 g suar
- 50 grams sugar
- 65 g mararine or butter
- 500 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 150 ml oil
- 1 lemon (s), (juice)
- 1 point pudding powder, (vanilla flavor)
- 0.5 liter ½ milk
- 1 bottle butter-vanilla flavor
- 1 can peach (s)
- 2 tablespoon powdered sugar

- Mix the flour and baking powder. Knead with an egg, 65 g sugar and fat to form a smooth dough. Wrap in foil and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
- Mix the quark, oil, 180g sugar and lemon juice until smooth. Separate 2 eggs, add pudding powder, milk, 1 whole egg, 2 egg yolks and flavor and stir until smooth. Drain the peaches, dry them if necessary, cut them into small pieces and fold them into the curd mixture.
- Grease the bottom of a springform pan (diameter 26 cm). Pour the dough into the mold and press an edge of approx. 3 cm high.
- Pour in the curd mixture and smooth it out. Bake in a hot oven (fan oven 150 °) for about 1 hour.
- Beat the egg white and 50 g sugar until very stiff and distribute this meringue mass in a wave-like manner on the cake. Bake for another 10 minutes at the same temperature.
- After cooling, sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar.
