Ingredients
- 400 g curd milk
- 100 ml cream
- 100 ml whole milk
- 1 vanilla pod (s), the pulp it
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 8 scoops ice cream (strawberry ice cream)
- 8 strawberries
- some mint (a few leaves) to decorate

- Mix the thick milk well with the cream, whole milk and the vanilla pulp. Add sugar and vanilla sugar and stir everything well.
- Put 2 scoops of strawberry ice cream in each of 4 tall glasses and pour the vanilla milk over them.
- Clean and halve the strawberries. Decorate the glasses with strawberries and mint leaves.
