Ingredients
- 2 packs pudding powder, vanilla
- 250 g strawberries or raspberries, frozen
- 150 g powdered suar
- 4 tablespoon Batida de Coco
- 0.5 ½ lemon (s), add the juice
- Sugar, for the pudding
- Milk, for the pudding

- Roll up a tea towel tightly and place it in the middle of a baking dish.
- Lean whiskey or small (45 ml) mason jars at a 45 degree angle.
- Cook the pudding according to the instructions on the package and fill the glasses. The mass now lies diagonally in the glass. Then let it cool down.
- For the strawberry cold bowl, puree the strawberries together with the powdered sugar, lemon juice and batida. When the pudding has set, set up the glasses and fill the other half with the cold bowl.
