Ingredients
- 2 kohlrabi
- 100 g double cream cheese
- 150 g ham, raw, hearty, in slices
- 3 tomato (s)
- salt and pepper
- some dried basil
- 2 packs mozzarella
- 4 sprigs fresh basil

- Peel the kohlrabi and cut into 6 slices each. Cook in salted water for 4-5 minutes until soft, remove and pat dry.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and brush generously with the cream cheese. Fold the ham slices together and place them on top. Wash, dry and slice the tomatoes. Place one slice on top of each ham. Put the tray in the oven preheated to 220 ° and bake everything on the middle rack for 10 minutes. Then salt, pepper and season with dried basil. Place the sliced mozzarella on top and bake for another 5 minutes. Pepper lightly and serve garnished with fresh basil.
- Tip: You can cut out the cooked kohlrabi slices with jagged molds, it looks smart.
- Risotto goes well with it.
