Ingredients

  • 30 g butter
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 50 g breadcrumbs
  • 200 g sausae meat
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped
  • nutmeg
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Mix the butter with the egg until foamy and stir in enough breadcrumbs until a smooth dough is formed. Add salt, nutmeg, parsley and the veal roast and mix everything well.
  2. Cut off the dough with a tablespoon of dumplings and let simmer for 5 minutes in a simmering broth. Serve sprinkled with chives.
  3. If you can`t get veal roast at the butcher, you can make it yourself from 200 g veal, which you turn twice through the meat grinder with the fine perforation.
