  • 4 sausages (white sausages)
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 1 zucchini
  • Salt and pepper from the mill
  • 1 stalk thyme
  • 1 sprig parsley
  • 1 pinch (s) rosemary

Instructions

  1. Peel the onion and do not chop it too finely. Fry vigorously in the oil. In the meantime, cut the sausages, peppers and zucchini into slices. Add to the onions and fry until the vegetables are still firm to the bite. Season to taste with salt, pepper and herbs.
  2. Serve with pretzels or bread, if you want, you can also serve fried potatoes.
