Ingredients

  • 2 sausages (beef sausage)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 bell pepper (s)
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 carrot (s)
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly oil

Instructions

  1. Dice the onions and fry them in a little oil (do not use oil with coated pans, saves almost 100 kcal), add the chopped garlic and fry briefly. Cut the sausages into slices and add them. Dice the vegetables and add them. Deglaze everything with 1/2 cup of water and let it boil down a little. However, the vegetables should still have bite. Then add 1 tablespoon of ketchup. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. This meal has about 300 Kcal per person. If you don`t have to follow a diet, you can eat potatoes or white bread.
