  • 100 g jerky meat, diced
  • 3 onion (s), diced
  • 1 kg potato (s), boiled
  • 4 sausages, coarse, sliced
  • 1 red pepper (s), cut into strips
  • some oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Chives, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cut the boiled potatoes into slices.
  2. Heat the oil and let the jerky be translucent in it. Add onions and paprika strips and fry briefly. Add the sausage and potato slices and fry, turning several times, until the potatoes are golden yellow. Season to taste and serve sprinkled with chives.
