Ingredients

  • 300 g sausae, leftovers (e.. cold cuts, meat sausaes, sausaes)
  • 1 small Can corn
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 500 ml vegetable broth or meat broth
  • 150 g pasta (e.. fork spahetti)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch caraway seeds
  • oil
  • 1 cup crème fraîche

Instructions

  1. Cut the leftover sausage into pieces. Chop the onions as desired. Fry both in a pan with hot oil. Season with salt and pepper. Add corn and noodles and pour in the broth. Cook on a low flame until the pasta has the desired bite. Add the caraway seeds just before the end of the cooking time. Thicken with creme fraiche and, if necessary, season again with salt and pepper.
  2. Garlic chives tastes very fresh, cut into small pieces and folded in at the end.
