Ingredients

  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 bell pepper (s)
  • 1 sausage, reduced fat
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 2 tablespoon peas
  • 50 ml tomato juice
  • 2 teaspoons ajvar
  • 1 tablespoon cream
  • 1 teaspoon parsley, chopped
  • 1 tomato (s)
  • 150 g pasta, cooked
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar

Instructions

  1. Cut the onion, bell pepper and sausage into small pieces and fry in the oil. Mix in the peas, deglaze with 50 ml tomato juice. Stir in ajvar and cream casually and add 1 heaping teaspoon of parsley.
  2. Dice the tomatoes, mix in with the pasta, heat and season to taste. A salad goes well with it.
