Ingredients
- 250 g pasta
- 300 g Cabanossi
- 200 g sausae
- 400 g tomatoes, chunky
- 2 red pepper (s)
- 2 onions)
- 200 ml cream
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 100 ml water from the pasta
- 100 g Gouda cheese, rated
- Paprika powder, mild or hot
- salt and pepper
- Garlic powder
- Fat for the shape

- Cook the pasta in salted water for about 2 minutes shorter than indicated on the package.
- When pouring off the pasta water a vessel, e.g., place a cup underneath to catch the pasta water.
- In the meantime, cut the onions, peppers, cabanossi and sausages.
- Fry the onions together with the Cabanossi in a saucepan with a little oil. After 2 - 3 minutes add the peppers and fry briefly. Deglaze with the chopped tomatoes. Add the tomato paste, cream and the collected pasta water and bring to the boil. Season to taste with paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Put the pasta in a greased baking dish, pour the sauce over it and cover with cheese.
- Bake in the oven at 200 ° C top / bottom heat or 180 ° C convection for about 15 minutes until the cheese has melted.
