Pasta Casserole with Leek and Meat Sausage

Instructions

Clean the leek, cut into rings and blanch for 2-3 minutes in boiling water. Drain and pour cold water over them to stop the cooking process. Drain the corn.
Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. Drain the pasta and drain well.
Meanwhile, quarter the sausage and cut into slices. Dice the onions. Fry the sausage and onions in the oil for 5 minutes, turning occasionally.
Put the pasta, vegetables and sausage in a flat baking dish and mix together. Now whisk the eggs with the cream. Season the egg-cream mixture with salt and pepper and add nutmeg. Then distribute evenly over the casserole. Sprinkle the cheese on top and place in the oven at 200 ° C for 40 minutes.
If the cheese gets too dark, cover the casserole with aluminum foil.
