Ingredients

  • 2 banana (s), peeled and chopped frozen
  • 1 avocado (s)
  • 120 ml oat drink (optionally also almond or soy drink)
  • 90 g soy yourt (yourt alternative)
  • 20 g oatmeal
  • 5 g matcha powder (reen tea powder, approx. 1 teaspoon, heaped)
  • 4 date (s), pitted

Ingredients for the toppings, optional:

  • 0.5 ½ banana (s), fresh
  • 6 g chia seeds (approx. 1 tablespoon, leveled)
  • 45 g blueberries, fresh
  • 50 g raspberries, fresh
  • 30 g nuts, mixed or just one variety
  • 10 g coconut chips
  • 15 g mano (s), dried strips
  • 0.5 ½ fig (s), fresh

Instructions

  1. Put previously frozen, chopped bananas in a blender. If this is not available, the ingredients can also be chopped up with a hand blender at the end. Halve the avocado and remove the stone. Remove the pulp of both halves with the help of a spoon and also place in the blender. Then add the oat drink, soy yoghurt, oat flakes, matcha powder and dates to the other ingredients in the blender.
  2. Mix all ingredients until you have a green and creamy homogeneous mass. Season this to taste. If it`s not sweet enough, another date can be added. In this case, the cream should be mixed again.
  3. Then distribute the mixture evenly between two bowls.
  4. Cut the fresh banana into thin slices. Garnish the bowls with banana slices, chia seeds, blueberries, raspberries, nuts, coconut chips, dried mango strips and figs as you like.
