- 200 ml soy milk (soy drink), almond milk or oat milk
- 1 teaspoon tea, (matcha)
- some syrup, (agave syrup your choice)
- some water

- First boil some water and let it cool down to 80 ° C. Meanwhile, warm up the milk. Mix 1 teaspoon of Matcha tea with a little water (traditionally the tea is mixed with a small bamboo whisk). You can then froth the milk with a milk frother and add the tea at the same time. This creates a great milk foam! Then, depending on your taste, sweeten with the agave syrup. The drink has a really nice green color and is the perfect start to the day. PS: You can also drink the drink wonderfully cold.
