  • 4 teaspoons matcha powder
  • 60 g suar
  • 35 g chocolate, white

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour and 3 teaspoons of matcha powder. Knead in the butter piece by piece with your hands. Let the sugar trickle in and knead everything well.
  2. Grease a small tart pan approx. 19 cm in diameter and press the dough into the form.
  3. Bake at 180 ° C for approx. 35 - 40 minutes.
  4. Melt the chocolate and mix with 1 teaspoon matcha powder. Spread the melted chocolate evenly on the finished cake. Divide the cake into eight pieces while it is still warm.
  5. You can enjoy it warm or let it cool down. Then you no longer have a soft tart, but shortbread biscuits with chocolate icing.
