Ingredients
- 2 banana (s), peeled and chopped frozen
- 1 avocado (s)
- 120 ml oat drink (optionally also almond or soy drink)
- 90 g soy yourt (yourt alternative)
- 20 g oatmeal
- 5 g matcha powder (reen tea powder, approx. 1 teaspoon, heaped)
- 4 date (s), pitted
Ingredients for the toppings, optional:
- 0.5 ½ banana (s), fresh
- 6 g chia seeds (approx. 1 tablespoon, leveled)
- 45 g blueberries, fresh
- 50 g raspberries, fresh
- 30 g nuts, mixed or just one variety
- 10 g coconut chips
- 15 g mano (s), dried strips
- 0.5 ½ fig (s), fresh

- Put previously frozen, chopped bananas in a blender. If this is not available, the ingredients can also be chopped up with a hand blender at the end. Halve the avocado and remove the stone. Remove the pulp of both halves with the help of a spoon and also place in the blender. Then add the oat drink, soy yoghurt, oat flakes, matcha powder and dates to the other ingredients in the blender.
- Mix all ingredients until you have a green and creamy homogeneous mass. Season this to taste. If it`s not sweet enough, another date can be added. In this case, the cream should be mixed again.
- Then distribute the mixture evenly between two bowls.
- Cut the fresh banana into thin slices. Garnish the bowls with banana slices, chia seeds, blueberries, raspberries, nuts, coconut chips, dried mango strips and figs as you like.
