Ingredients
For the dough:
- 300 g wheat flour
- 20 g yeast
- 80 g mararine or oil
- 1 tablespoon sugar, brown, possibly also fruit juices to taste
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 125 ml water
For covering:
- 800 g onion (s)
- 3 leeks, cut into rings
- 250 g smoked tofu, very finely diced
- 375 ml water
- 1 teaspoon agar agar
- 80 g cashew nuts
- 1 teaspoon herbal salt
- 2 teaspoons vegetable stock (instant)
- 0.5 tablespoon ½ lemon juice
- salt

- Knead the wheat flour, yeast, margarine, sugar, the teaspoon of salt and the water into a dough and place on a greased baking sheet. Place the tray in a warm place so that the dough can rise.
- For the topping, sauté the onions and leek in oil, then stir in the salt, caraway seeds and the smoked tofu. Put aside.
- Mix the cashews with approx. 100 ml water, boil the remaining water with the agar agar. Then mix all the ingredients and season to taste. Mix this mixture into the onion and leek mixture.
- Spread everything on the dough and let rise again for a few minutes. Bake at 200 ° C top / bottom heat for 20 - 40 minutes.
