Instructions

  1. Beat all the ingredients into a smooth batter until it bubbles. Put the dough in boiling salted water with the spaetzle slicer. Shake the finished spaetzle on a sieve and allow to drain.
  2. If the spaetzle are not processed until later, they can be moistened with a little oil so that they do not stick to each other.
