Ingredients

  • 85 g apricot (s), dried
  • 80 g oat flakes, fine
  • 60 g oatmeal, coarse
  • 25 g coconut chips
  • 40 g buckwheat
  • some water (soaking water for the apricots)

Instructions

  1. Soak the apricots in a little water for about 10 minutes.
  2. Put all dry ingredients in a blender, mix briefly and pour into a bowl.
  3. Drain the apricots, puree them as well and add some soaking water if necessary. Add the apricots to the bowl and knead everything with your hands to form a homogeneous mass. Crumble the rawnola into a glass with your fingers.
  4. Keep the jar in the refrigerator. The Rawnola can be enjoyed with fresh fruits, vegetable mixes or soy yoghurt, depending on your taste.
  5. Of course, the recipe is very changeable. Everyone can vary the recipe with spices, other types of grain and dried fruits as they wish.
