Ingredients

  • 125 g butter
  • 2 carrot (s)
  • 0.5 stick ½ / l leek
  • 1 small apple
  • 1 piece (s) celery, small
  • 1 clove garlic
  • some herb salt
  • some marjoram
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 0.5 ½ bunch parsley, smooth
  • 0.5 ½ bunch dill

Instructions

  1. Clean the carrot, leek and celery, peel the garlic and peel the apple. Cut the leek very finely, grate the remaining vegetables and the apple. Melt the butter, sauté everything in it, squeeze the garlic. Wash herbs, chop finely. Season the vegetable lard with the spices, stir in the herbs.
  2. Lightly puree the vegetable lard and season to taste.
