Ingredients
- 150 g potato (s)
- 150 g broccoli
- 1 egg (s)
- 3 tablespoon flour
- 4 tablespoon breadcrumbs
- 150 g cheese, rated
- 150 g peas
- 2 teaspoons salt or Cenofix
- 2 teaspoons paprika powder
- 1 teaspoon pepper

- First the vegetables must be cooked until soft and the cheese grated. Then process the drained vegetables into a pulp in the food processor. Put in a bowl and stir in all the other ingredients until the mixture becomes more viscous.
- Finally, knead the cheese into it.
- Shape the mixture into balls and fry them brown with plenty of oil.
- Tastes great in the form of hamburgers (meat substitute), but also as potato pancakes!
- If you want, you can add some garlic.
