Ingredients
- 300 g flour (spelled flour)
- Pinch sugar
- 0.25 ¼ cube yeast, fresh
- 0.25 ml ¼ water
- 2 bell peppers, red, yellow
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 onion (s)
- 1 leek
- 100 g ham (ham)
- 125 g yourt
- 50 g cheese for sprinklin
- 3 egg (s)
- salt and pepper
- parsley
- Oil (olive oil)

- For the dough: Mix the yeast with a pinch of sugar and warm water and mix with the flour. Knead the mixture into a dough and let rise for a while (30-40 min.).
- For the filling: add olive oil to the pan, chopped garlic and onions - then sauté them until translucent. Gradually add the chopped vegetables and ham and sauté.
- Mix the yoghurt and eggs, salt and pepper in a separate container.
- Put the dough in a (spring) form (don`t forget the edge). Put the vegetable mixture on top and then pour the egg mixture over it. Sprinkle with cheese and parsley and bake in the oven.
- Recipe can of course be changed in terms of ingredients (spinach, broccoli, mushrooms)
- This recipe not only tastes fantastic, but is also very healthy and very, very low in fat !!!
