Ingredients

  • 500 g beef or mutton soup
  • 250 g potato (s)
  • 250 g carrot (s)
  • 1 kohlrabi
  • 2 leeks
  • 1 piece (s) celery, fresh
  • 400 g peas, fresh or frozen
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 2 vegetable stock cubes
  • 1 liter water

Instructions

  1. Cut the soup meat into 2 cm cubes and cook with the stock cubes until it is not quite soft. Peel or wash the vegetables, cut into pieces and add to the meat. Then cook everything together until cooked until soft.
  2. Season with salt, vinegar and possibly vegetable broth, garnish with parsley and serve hot. For the vegetarian version, simply leave out the soup meat.
