Ingredients

  • 1 pack gnocchi from the refrigerated shelf
  • 1 packet vegetables, pan-fried vegetables (peas, corn, carrots, cauliflower with herb butter)
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 200 g cream
  • Vegetable broth
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Fry the butter pan vegetables in the pan according to the instructions, then add the gnocchi and fry briefly. Add the cream and simmer over low heat until the cream becomes thick. Stir in the cream cheese and season to taste with vegetable stock and / or salt.
  2. Serve immediately.
