Ingredients

  • 250 g quark
  • 1 packet puff pastry
  • 250 g broccoli
  • 3 medium carrot (s)
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 200 ml milk or cream
  • 250 g potato (s)
  • 2 tablespoon parsley, chopped, possibly frozen
  • salt and pepper
  • Cheese, grated
  • nutmeg
  • Fat for the shape

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes with their peel, wash, clean, cut and fry the vegetables in a pan. Mix the quark, spices, egg and milk (season well!)
  2. Grease a baking dish with butter, add the puff pastry, peel the potatoes and cut into slices. Place the potato slices on the dough, spread the vegetables on top and pour the quark mixture over them.
  3. Then sprinkle with cheese and slide it into the pipe. Bake for 35 - 40 minutes (gas level 4, top / bottom heat 180 ° C).
