Ingredients
- 1 bunch celery
- 1 bunch spring onion (s)
- 1 bunch leeks
- 1 red pepper (s)
- 200 g mushrooms
- 1 teaspoon sambal oelek
- wok noodles
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 pinch (s) pepper
- 400 ml vegetable stock

- Wash the vegetables and cut them into cubes. Put the oil in a pan and fry the vegetables briefly. Then pour off the soy sauce and vegetable stock and simmer gently for about 30 minutes over a low heat, stirring occasionally. Finally add the noodles and sambal oelek and leave to stand for 5 minutes with the lid closed. Finally season with pepper and serve.
