Ingredients

  • 3 peppers, colored
  • 150 g mushrooms
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 bag / s tomato puree
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 1 bunch carrot (s)
  • 1 handful herbs, Italian
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped sugar
  • some olive oil
  • possibly balsamic vinegar (crema di balsamic vinegar)
  • 400 g spahetti
  • Water (salt water)
  • Cheese (Pecorino)

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Clean the vegetables, cut them into small pieces and sauté them in good olive oil.
  2. Put everything in the blender. Mix well, or if you like it with pieces, just a little less. Add the herbs before or after mixing. That depends on whether the children bicker around when they see something green.
  3. A shot of crema di balsamic vinegar gives a kick. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Mix directly with the cooked pasta and fold in the pecorino.
  4. My kids have never asked me if I make mince sauce!
