Ingredients

  • 1 handful carrot (s), cut into small pieces
  • 1 small broccoli, cut into small pieces (without the woody one)
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s), cut 2 mm wide
  • 350 g noodles (chow mein / no lass noodles!)
  • 250 g bean sprouts
  • Oil (sesame oil)
  • soy sauce
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Oil (sunflower oil)

Instructions

  1. Cook the chow mein noodles one minute less than indicated on the package. Then drain and pour plenty of cold water over them. While the noodles are cooking, fry the sliced onions in a little sunflower oil. Add the carrot pieces and the soy seedlings and fry briefly. Add the broccoli.
  2. Cut the pasta into pieces with scissors and fry everything over high heat. Season with a little salt, pepper, lots of soy sauce and sesame oil. Serve immediately.
