  • 3 tablespoon flour (spelled flour 60, alternatively wheat 1050)
  • 100 g cheese (Gouda), finely diced
  • 50 g almond (s), diced
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon curry
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder, hot pink
  • salt and pepper
  • Vegetable broth, grains and yeast flakes
  • garlic
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix the rice with the specified ingredients, season to taste, shape into balls with your hands and squeeze well. Then flatten it a little and fry in hot oil for about 20 minutes, turning it often. It is best to place it on kitchen paper after completion, so that excess oil is soaked up.
  2. Delicious with various dips to the buffet, or a quick main meal with a salad.
