- 50 g cornstarch
- 0.5 ½ point baking powder
- 70 g nuts, finely rated

- Beat eggs with sugar until frothy. The crowd must have a good standing. Sieve the flour, cornstarch and baking powder and mix with the ground nuts. Carefully fold in the flour with a wooden mixing spoon (preferably with a hole).
- Pour into a springform pan lined with paper. Bake at approx. 160 ° C for about 30-40 minutes, depending on the oven.
